In this regard, many studies have been conducted, and many methods have also been adopted to find this relationship, most of which are now proved to be inappropriate and inefficient. Having utilized a new causality approach proposed by Konya (2006), this study investigated the relationship between three energy carriers, natural gas, electricity, oil products, as well as considering the value-added of sixteen main industrial sub-sectors in the period 1995-2017, via the bootstrap panel approach. Comparison to the traditional methods, one of Konya's merits is paying attention to the two categories of heterogeneity of coefficients and cross-sectional correlation, making the estimation of parameters more efficient. The results show that in five sub-sectors of the industry, including “rubber and plastic”, “other non-metallic mineral products”, “manufacture of machines and unclassified equipment”, “machinery generator, electric transmission, and unclassified electrical appliances”, “manufacture of motor vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers” there is a one-way causal relationship from value-added to natural gas consumption. On the other hand, in an industrial sub-sector of “manufacture of chemical products”, this relationship is two-way. Also, there is a lack of causal relationship between electricity consumption and value-added in sixteen industrial sub-sectors. Moreover, a one-way relationship from value-added to the consumption of oil products can be seen only in the industrial sub-sector of “manufacture of other transport equipment”. According to the results of this study, it seems that energy consumption is not dominant in the economic growth of the Iranian economy, and the government can adopt necessary policies regarding energy price liberalization and demand management without worrying about its dire consequences.}, keywords = {Granger Causality Test,Cross-Sectional Correlation,VALUE ADDED,Energy Consumption,Bootstrap Panel Approach}, title_fa = {مطالعه رابطه علی مصرف حامل‎های برق، گاز طبیعی و فرآورده‎های نفتی با ارزش افزوده زیر بخش‎های منتخب صنعت ایران: رویکرد بوت استرپ پنلی}, abstract_fa = {رابطه بین مصرف انرژی و رشد اقتصادی یکی از موضوعات چالش‌برانگیز است و در مطالعات مختلف (که ممکن است برای یک کشور خاص نیز انجام شده باشند)، نتایج متفاوتی حاصل شده است. در بسیاری از تحقیقات، روش‎ها و ابزارهایی جهت مطالعه این ارتباط استفاده شده، که بعداً ثابت شده است که از کارایی لازم برخوردار نبوده‎اند. در این مطالعه با بکارگیری یک رویکرد جدید علیت که توسط کونیا (2006) ارائه شده، رابطه بین سه حامل انرژی، گاز طبیعی، برق و فرآورده‌های نفتی با ارزش افزوده شانزده زیربخش اصلی صنعت در بازه 1395-1374 با رویکرد بوت استرپ پنلی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مزیت رویکرد کونیا، این است که در آن برخلاف روش‌های سنتی، به دو مقوله ناهمگنی ضرایب و همبستگی بین مقطعی نیز توجه شده و این موضوع باعث می‎شود تا تخمین پارامترها کاراتر باشد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که در پنج زیربخش صنعت «تولید ‌محصولات‌ لاستیکی‌ و ‌پلاستیکی»، «تولید سایر محصولات کانی غیر فلزی»، «تولید ماشین آلات و تجهیزات طبقه‎بندی نشده در جای دیگر»، «تولید ماشین آلات مولد و انتقال برق و دستگاه‎های برقی طبقه‎بندی نشده در جای دیگر»، «تولید‌ وسایل‌ نقلیه ‌موتوری،‌ تریلر ‌و نیم تریلر» رابطه علی یک‌ طرفه از سمت ارزش افزوده به مصرف گاز طبیعی، و در یک زیربخش «صنایع تولید مواد و محصولات شیمیایی» رابطه دوطرفه بین این دو متغیر وجود دارد. همچنین، نبود رابطه علی بین مصرف برق و ارزش افزوده در شانزده زیربخش صنعت مورد بررسی و وجود رابطه یک طرفه از سمت ارزش افزوده به مصرف فرآورده‌های نفتی تنها در زیربخش «تولید‌ سایر‌ وسایل‌ حمل‌ و‌ نقل» بدست آمده است. مطابق نتایج این تحقیق، در مجموع به نظر می‌رسد که مصرف انرژی نقش پیشران رشد را در اقتصاد ایران ایفا نمی‎نماید و دولت می‌تواند بدون نگرانی‌ از تبعات منفی آن، به اجرای سیاست‌های آزادسازی قیمت انرژی و مدیریت تقاضای آن بپردازد..}, keywords_fa = {آزمون علیت گرنجری,همبستگی بین مقطعی,ارزش افزوده,مصرف انرژی,بوت‌استرپ پانلی}, url = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_13255.html}, eprint = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_13255_3ae95a8b8baa25cbc3703fca08c57f29.pdf} }
