Fossil fuels cause social costs through environmental pollution and the phenomenon of global warming; the average solar radiation of Kerman daily has 5.2 kilowatt-hours per square meter per day, which has the potential to use solar energy in various industrial and household sectors. The purpose of this article is to assess the economic and environmental assessment of photovoltaic systems in providing electricity to a commercial tower with an average consumption of 32000 kilowatt-hours of electricity per day in Kerman using a life-cycle cost method. In the first scenario, all system costs are paid by the consumer, and in the second scenario, it is assumed that 50% of the initial investment cost was paid by the government, and the rest would be in the form of a loan at a rate of 2% with the repayment period of ten years old. The results show that the use of photovoltaic systems in order to produce electricity under the first scenario does not have economic justification, but with the support of the government, this scheme has economic justification.}, keywords = {Photovoltaic systems,Life-cycle cost,System Dynamics}, title_fa = {ارزیابی اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی سیستم‌های فتوولتائیک در کاربری تجاری و شبیه سازی پویای قیمت برق}, abstract_fa = {تعاملات انرژی و اقتصاد تا بدان جا پیش رفته ‌است که در ادبیات اقتصادی امروزی، میزان منابع انرژی درکشورها، میزان عرضه و مصرف سرانه انرژی اولیه و میزان سرانه کیلووات ساعت برق مصرفی به صورت یکی از شاخص‌های مقایسه سطح توسعه کشورها درآمده است. سوخت‌های فسیلی موجب هزینههای اجتماعی از طریق آلودگی محیط زیست و پدیده گرمایش زمین میشود؛ میانگین اشعه خورشیدی در کرمان روزانه 5.2 کیلووات ساعت بر متر مربع در روز است که قابل استفاده در بخشهای مختلف صنعتی و خانگی است. هدف از نگارش این پژوهش ارزیابی اقتصادی و زیستمحیطی سیستمهای فتوولتائیک در تأمین انرژی برق یک برج تجاری با متوسط مصرف 32000کیلووات ساعت برق در روز در شهر کرمان با استفاده از روش هزینه چرخه عمر میباشد. در سناریو اول تمام هزینههای مربوط به سیستم توسط مصرفکننده پرداخت میشود و در سناریو دوم فرض بر این است که 50 درصد از هزینه سرمایه گذاری اولیه توسط دولت پرداخت و مابقی آن نیز به صورت وامی با نرخ 2 درصد با دوره بازپرداخت ده ساله تأمین میشود. نتایج نشان میدهد که استفاده از سیستمهای فتوولتائیک به منظور تولید برق تحت سناریو اول توجیه اقتصادی ندارد، اما با وجود حمایتهای دولتی این طرح توجیه اقتصادی دارد. همچنین در این پژوهش به تحلیل و پیشبینی قیمت برق با توجه به عوامل موثر بر تولید برق با استفاده از روش سیستم دینامیک پرداخته شده است. نتایج با توجه به فروض پژوهش حاکی از آن است که طی صد سال قیمت برق با لحاظ کردن هزینه‌های آلودگی اجتماعی به 30000 ریال به ازای هر کیلو وات ساعت می‌رسد.}, keywords_fa = {سیستم فتوولتائیک,هزینه چرخه عمر,سیستم دینامیک}, url = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_9140.html}, eprint = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_9140_9c1385f0f3a91ade62c710e86fd6e79e.pdf} }
