The governments cannot afford these extra costs, and it needs to take part the public. This study examines extent of public participation in the funding of these costs. The study employed the double-bounded dichotomous choice (DBDC) contingent valuation (CV) method. We release 400 questionnaires under five corresponding prices. Two cost-related questions were asked from each participant (once twice the original price, and once half of that). The interviewees determined the extra cost they would incur, taking into account seven factors, namely: regional economy, demand for electricity, environmental considerations, diplomatic relations, safety, ethics, and the economy.  The results suggest a willingness-to-pay of 46360 Rials (≈1.2USD) per month. The findings also indicate that the items including willingness to new energies, importance of environment and influence of the energies have the highest effect on the willingness of payment.}, keywords = {Renewable Energies,Electricity,Double-Bounded Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation,Willingness to Pay (WTP)}, title_fa = {کاربرد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل دوگانه دو بُعدی ارزشگذاری مشروط جهت بررسی امکان استفاده از انرژی‌های نو در تولید انرژی برق ایران}, abstract_fa = {انرژی‌های نو با وجود اتمام ناپذیری و نداشتن اثرات خارجی منفی، هزینه‌هایی به‌مراتب بالاتر از انرژی‌های اتمام پذیر دارند. تأمین این هزینه‌ها برای دولت‌ها دشوار بوده و نیازمند مشارکت مردمی می‌باشد. سنجش و ارزیابی میزان مشارکت مردمی در تأمین هزینه‌های مازاد استفاده از انرژی‌های نو کمتر مورد توجه بوده که در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است. در مطالعه پیش‌رو جهت تحقق این امر با استفاده از روش تجزیه ‌و تحلیل دوگانه دوبعدی ارزش‌گذاری مشروط (DBDC)، 400 پرسشنامه تهیه و 5 قیمت پیشنهاد گردید، که برای هر پاسخ‌دهنده دو سؤال در مورد قیمت پرسیده شد (یک‌بار دو برابر و یک‌بار نصف مبلغ اولیه). مصاحبه‌شوندگان با در نظر داشتن هفت عامل اقتصاد منطقه، تقاضای برق، محیط‌زیست، روابط دیپلماتیک، ایمنی، اخلاق و اقتصاد میزان تمایل به پرداخت خود را در این زمینه تعیین نمودند. مطابق یافته‌های این پژوهش میزان تمایل به پرداخت ماهانه مبلغ 46360 ریال می‌باشد. همچنین بر اساس یافته‌ها علاقه‌مندی به انرژی‌های نو، اهمیت به محیط‌زیست و اثر انرژی‌های نو در جایگاه کشور به ترتیب بیشترین اثر مثبت را بر تمایل به پرداخت داشته‌اند. از این ‌رو آگاهی بخشی پیرامون انرژی‌های نو، گسترش فرهنگ حمایت از محیط‌زیست و بهبود وضعیت اقتصادی و درآمدی مردم می‌بایست بیشتر موردتوجه سیاست‌گذاران قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {انرژی‌های نو,برق,دوگانه دوبعدی ارزش‌گذاری مشروط,تمایل به پرداخت}, url = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_7998.html}, eprint = {https://jiee.atu.ac.ir/article_7998_9381fe521e270ea9ecd429c4910e0708.pdf} }
